Interior & Exterior Painting

As a residential painting contractor serving the greater Seattle area, we understand how local weather, light, and daily wear affect walls, trim, siding, and doors. We take time to properly clean, repair, and prime surfaces before paint goes on, helping prevent peeling, premature fading, and uneven sheen. Whether you are refreshing an older property, preparing to sell, or personalizing a new home, our interior and exterior painting services are designed to boost curb appeal and make your spaces feel clean, updated, and well cared for.

What to Expect

  1. Project confirmation and scheduling: We confirm the full scope, colors, surfaces, access details, and timing so everything is clear before work begins.

  2. Protection and prep: We protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and adjacent areas, then clean, sand, scrape, repair, and caulk surfaces to create a solid base for paint.

  3. Priming and paint application: We apply appropriate primers where needed and use quality paints suited to each surface and exposure, focusing on even coverage and clean lines.

  4. Detail work and cleanup: We inspect for touch-ups, refine edges and details, and clean the job site so your home looks finished and ready to use.

  5. Final walkthrough: We walk the project with you, confirm that the paint work matches the agreed scope, and address any final adjustments.

Seattle Exterior Repaint in Ballard: Built For Real Seattle Weather

In September 2025, we completed a full exterior repaint on a two-story home in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. The homeowners were dealing with faded paint, cracks, and a few sections of failing siding on the sun-exposed side and wanted everything repaired and refreshed before the next rainy season. Our scope included a soft wash, targeted siding replacement, sanding and spot-priming problem areas, re-caulking key joints and trim, and a new, durable exterior paint using Sherwin-Williams Duration in a custom warm gray with crisp white trim.

Classic Seattle weather tried to slow us down with on-and-off rain, so our crew worked within safe moisture and temperature windows, using careful scheduling to keep the home protected between coats. Once we had a clear stretch, we primed where needed and applied two full coats of finish paint, paying special attention to end-grain cuts, window trim, and water-prone details. The result is a brighter, cleaner exterior that is better sealed against the elements and a happy homeowner!

Fresh Paint, Fresh Vibes: Exterior House Painting in Bellevue

In July 2025, we completed a full exterior repaint on a split-level home in Bellevue’s Lake Hills neighborhood. The homeowners wanted to move away from a dated beige and give the house a cleaner, more modern look that still fit the street, so we landed on a soft yellow body color with bright white trim and a deeper accent on the front door. Our crew began with a thorough pressure wash to remove dirt, mildew, and loose material, then handled spot scraping, caulking, and priming before moving into finish coats.

Working through a stretch of hot summer days, the team finished the project in just four working days by planning around shade, temperature, and drying times. We applied two coats of high-quality exterior paint for smooth, even coverage, paying close attention to trim lines, siding laps, and entry details. By the final walkthrough, the home looked brighter, cleaner, and more current, and the homeowners said it felt like they were coming home to a new house every time they pulled into the driveway.
