What to Expect

Design and build planning: We finalize the deck layout, levels, railings, stairs, and materials, then confirm project timing and logistics.
Site prep and demolition: We clear the work area and, if replacing an existing deck, carefully remove old structures and dispose of them properly.
Framing and structural work: We build or reinforce the deck frame to meet structural requirements, creating a solid foundation for the finished surface.
Decking, railings, and stairs: We install decking boards, railings, and stairs, paying attention to alignment, spacing, and safety details.
Finishing and final walkthrough: We complete finishing details, clean the area, and walk the deck with you to confirm everything is ready for everyday use.
